What to Expect

This is a family home that has been converted into an inviting space for personal retreats. John and Maggie Littlefield live on site in a private area of the house.

The House:

• Sleeps 11 individuals:
  • Ground floor: 1 queen
  • 2nd floor: 1 room with king & twin, 1 room with queen & twin
  • 3rd floor: 1 room with 3 twins, 1 full
• Ground floor:
  • Cozy main meeting room with plenty of comfortable seating
  • Formal Dining room and additional eating area
  • Galley Kitchen and Outdoor Grill
    • Pots, pans, cooking utensils
  • Reading Room
• Two recently renovated full bathrooms, one on each floor.
• Outdoor porch with seating overlooking waterway, small outdoor pool (seasonally available), hot tub, and outdoor fireplace

Our Property: 

• Beautiful walking grounds with several sitting areas throughout the property.
• Boat dock with kayaks and life jackets available upon request.
• The Elm Street Farm is the home to 4 lovely alpacas and several chickens. Our friends love visitors!

What we provide:

• Bed and Bath Linens
• Meals are not provided but here is a list of the amenities we offer to prepare or store your food.

    • Stocked coffee and tea bar.
